One of the problem in our ummah is unity. Many people blame the reason that the ummah are not united because we don't hold together onto the Qur'an and the sunnah, but in fact every one claims they are holding onto the Qur'an and the sunnah, but the fact remains we are still disunited.
Muslims should learn how to manage conflict (conflict management), Muslims should learn how to control their emotion/ego, put aside their differences to unite and focus in resolving our problems?. How often we find any masjid or Islamic organization setting up a workshop or conference in conflict management and issue resolution?
